I would like to share two important gatherings that I attended last week. I spoke to a Woman’s Issue’s class at the Salt Lake Community College. It’s a delight to see women continuing their education and preparing for a career and future for themselves. Smart questions, independent thinkers, bright leaders, it was my honor to interact with such motivated young women.
The other was a tribute to our veterans sponsored by the City of Taylorville. This is the second year Taylorsville has celebrated the service of our men and women in harms way. The music was beautiful and the words were of dedication and sacrifice for our country. Thank you Taylorsville City for hosting this worthy celebration.
