State Senator Karen Mayne invests in west side

With the needs of her state senate district in mind, Sen. Karen Mayne decided to donate her political action committee funds to the municipalities in which she serves – Taylorsville, Kearns and West Valley City.
“I have come before you today because I am on a mission,” Mayne said at the Dec. 1 Taylorsville City Council meeting. “I want to give my PAC money away. It was given to me to take care of business in the campaign and then I in turn give it to my senate district and the west side that I love.”
