The countdown to the 2022 General Legislative Session has begun as we are a little over one month from day one. It will be a fast-paced and exciting time, and I look forward to working alongside my colleagues to help make our state a better place.
I am grateful to have the holiday season right before the session to reflect on the past year and remember the countless friends, families, and neighbors who I serve on the West Side. Though these winter months can seem cold and dark, we are buoyed up through compassion and service to one another. This is what makes our community such a special place.
As always, I am grateful to hear from all of you and it continues to be a great honor to serve this community in the Utah Senate.
